Sorry it took so long to update, things that have been going on around here: I've been learning harmonica of all things, and writing songs (as is per-usual). I've been working my ass off and got paid today. I realized why I have almost $100 less a month than I should (chiropractor bills). I talked to that girl at work some more today... she really is incredibly good looking, and talking to her just makes her seem more and more cool. Nothing has turned my off yet, though there's still plenty of time for that I am sure. My head is pounding and I'm terribly sore and I'm sure I have a million more things to say but I think it's time for me to pass out, especially since I have to work tomorrow. Goodnight. comments: 2947 send to friend

Sorry it's been awhile. I did a cover of Jack Johnson's "Taylor". Acoustic version of course, well not "of course", but that's what I did. Anyways, life with me has been crazy, money is strangely tight (in fact I'm sure to be in the red soon), and work is just... well it's work.
Speaking of which that girl at work is really... like, I dunno. I barely get to talk to her or anything because we work in different departments and she's always pretty busy. Usually it's just an exchange of half smiles and other things. She's so astounding in her attractiveness though (at least to me). I can catch a glance of her and just get flustered and not be able to do my job for a minute. Weird isn't it? Anyways so she rarely says anything to me and then finally today just before I am going to leave she starts talking to me, and it took me a moment to realize I was her target. Yeah then in trying to pin a (real) flower to herself she caused it to fall apart which caused a bit of hilarity, and then she said goodbye and happy thanksgiving when I was leaving. Yeah nothing too special I guess, just not used to talking to her or anything. Yeah, I dunno. It's hard to get to know someone and try to ask them out and whatever if you can't ever talk to them.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy that song. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. comments: 1303 send to friend

Today was an interesting day... I ate some ok food and had terrible service, and then later had some awesome food and awesome service, though it was expensive. Blah.
I bought 3 CD's today, Pearl Jam - Lost Dogs, Deltron 3030, and Tool - Lateralus. I also wanted Anticon Presents but they were out. I listened to Deltron 3030 in the car, it is simply incredible. And Lost Dogs is so awesome. I have already heard Lateralus (parts of it at least) so I can tell you it is awesome.
My mom rules, ha, she just bought Portishead - Dummy. What a great album.
I think I care too much about what other people think. Here I am buying this genuinely incredible music that I absolutely adore, and as I leave the record store I worry to myself that people will think of me as some strange sortof poser. Sometimes I feel like I can fit anywhere and nowhere. First day of my new job tomorrow... eeee. comments: 1776 send to friend

Ugh, my mother purchased a copy of Evanescences album "Fallen". I mean the demo was incredible, so why not the album right? No....
Yeah, anyways fun day at work I guess, my day off is tomorrow so it's time to go CD shopping and stuff like that. My dad is really really really really frustrating lately. WTF is his problem?

So it's day 3, I've sworn off everything involving the internet and women. I won't talk to them unless they talk to me first. I will not seek out anything involving women+internet. Stuff like that. It's hard but I figure if I keep up with it and get into the swing of it I will get out more and not be so damn crazy.
I will be trying my damnedest to get a copy of Lost Dogs when it comes out Tuesday, which is Pearl Jams 2 disc set of long lost B-Sides and unreleased tracks. Yellow Ledbetter is on that thing. Always loved that song.
LOTR: TTT comes out the 18th, the same day as Mario Kart: Double Dash, which one will I buy? I suppose if I can I will buy both. Now isn't that really the best option?
I got that new job right? well my first day is wednesday. There's a new employee orientation going on that day so I'm headed in a bit early to go to that. There were some cute girls that work there... and by cute I mean extremely, and by extremely I mean extremely hot. Well, ok maybe not that hot, but still, good looking. The one I met was new too, it was her first week or whatever, and she just out of nowhere grabbed my coat to read what was on it. Heh. Anyways.
I'm leaving my job of the last 3 years, what does that mean? I'm leaving for a job that is almost the same, and pays less, but at the same time has longer hours if less days. It should average out fine, but again, less pay... so why? What's the point? It's even the same computer system...
Because, I need a change, of anything, I go to the same place every day, see the same people, do the exact same pattern of things, enter the same numbers, bag the same groceries, stare at the same parking lot. Sometimes I even like what I do, but I need that change of scenery, I think I am going insane this way. Numbers are starting to blur together. Though my drawer is almost always perfect I say incorrect things to customers, like what their total was, and have to correct myself. That's what when you know, when everything looks the same and you feel dyslexic. When they let 2 people go on break even though they are shortstaffed because they know they can leave you in charge because you've "worked here for a millenia". I have haven't I... so why am I not a lead yet? Why don't I get paid more?
I don't know...
Oh well, at least I'm leaving with some new (what I hope to be) friends. There are some great people there. I'm sure I will miss them. comments: 654 send to friend

I just got a phone call afew minutes ago...
I GOT A NEW JOB! The best part is it's only afew block from my house, so no more driving so far away in rush hour traffic. The manager (tom) is going to talk to payroll and see about maybe getting me more money than the 6.50 we talked about even! Wow.
I had an interesting night. At 2am I am about to go to bed, and my brother comes in, with a sucker in his mouth, and asks if he can come in. I say alright, that I'm about to go to bed if he wants to lay down with me. I ask if he maybe wants to watch a movie, and he says yes, so I pull out The Dark Crystal.
He's seen it before, sure, but it's been awhile, that movie is incredible. We stayed up until the very very end and then fell asleep. He's so cute. I love my brother alot. It's sad to see him grow up. I sortof realized last night that he's just gonna keep on growing and I'm not even going to be there for most of it? How awful is that?
I'm off to see The Matrix: Revolutions in about an hour. comments: 68 send to friend

Yeah, I'm headed off to see the Matrix probably sometime before noon. I'll make sure to tell everyone who bothers to read this thing how it is.
I started a new project with a feller who's been mentioned on this site before... if you don't know who that is you will . When we get some material going I will launch something for everyone. Should be pretty cool.
Oh, and make sure ya'll visit The Meadhall of the Comitatus. comments: 18 send to friend
